RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We here at ebharat.store Products for 100% customer satisfaction. If your not satisfied with a product(s) from us, we will offer returns/exchanges, and/or refunds if the following conditions are met:
• You received a damaged product – inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• You received a defective product – inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.
• We shipped a wrong product – inform us within 24 days of receiving the product.
All you need to do is:

• Send us an image of the concerned product at help@ebharat.store
• Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice .
• Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.

While our Endeavor is always to get you best deals and we do accept returns on apparel & footwear however, following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange”; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from our vendor’s side.

Also since lingerie, swimwear and intimate wear involve hygiene concern, the same shall not be considered for returns.
To return the product:
• Our logistics partner will pick the product from your delivery address. Kindly ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice

How will I get a replacement or refund for the item returned?
• Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check process to ensure there is no alteration or distortion from the original condition of the product sent.
• On receipt of successful quality check, we will initiate a replacement based on the item availability or if we cannot, we will proceed to refund the product amount.
• In case a replacement cannot be furnished, refund procedure will be initiated for the product amount.
How will I get the refund?
On confirmation from Customer care regarding the receipt of the returned item and refund, the amount will be credited back to your account or a cheque will be sent across to your registered address within 7-15 working days.
